Tio Serepina Siahaan

President Commissioner

Born in Jakarta on December 18, 1968. Completed a Bachelor's degree in International Law at the University of Indonesia in 1993. Later pursued postgraduate studies in LLM Common Law at American University, earning the degree in 2000.
Started working at the Ministry of Finance on March 1, 1994. On April 10, 2001, took on the role of Head of the Legal Subsection of Customs and Excise, Legal and Public Relations Bureau, General Secretariat. Later, on December 18, 2006, appointed as the Head of the Sub-Directorate of Separated State Assets III, Directorate General of State Assets. On September 8, 2013, assumed the position of Evaluator for State Asset Optimization, Directorate General of State Assets. Finally, on February 18, 2016, became the Head of the Legal Aid Bureau, General Secretariat.

Heri Setiawan

Commissioner

Born in Tanjung Karang on September 24, 1969. Started a career as a civil servant on April 24, 1999, as an Executive. Earned a Bachelor's degree in International Law from the University of Indonesia in 1993. Continued postgraduate studies in LLM Common Law at American University, completing the degree in 2000.
Commenced the career at the Ministry of Finance on March 1, 1994. On April 10, 2001, assumed the position of Head of the Legal Subsection of Customs and Excise, Legal and Public Relations Bureau, General Secretariat. Subsequently, on December 18, 2006, sworn in as the Head of Sub-Directorate of Separated State Assets III, Directorate General of State Assets. On September 8, 2013, entrusted as an Evaluator for State Asset Optimization, Directorate General of State Assets. Finally, on February 18, 2016, inaugurated as the Head of the Legal Aid Bureau, General Secretariat.

Muhammad Wafid

Wafid has an educational background in earth and planetary sciences, earning a Doctorate from Kyoto University in Japan. He has a long career history in the Indonesian Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources, serving as the Head of the Geological Survey and the Head of the Research and Development Center for Oil and Gas Technology. Currently, he leads the mineral resources and coal development program for the ministry as the Director.

Muhammad Wafid currently serves as an Expert Staff in the field of Environmental Affairs and Spatial Planning, as well as the Acting Head of the Geological Agency under the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources.

Hanif Osman

Finance, Risk Management & General Affairs Director

Hanif Osman, known as Hanif, joined PT Geo Dipa Energi (Persero) as a Board Member on April 7, 2022. Born in Jakarta on December 18, 1968, he earned a Bachelor's degree in International Law from the University of Indonesia in 1993. He continued his education with a postgraduate LLM Common Law degree from American University, completing it in 2000.
He started his career at the Ministry of Finance on March 1, 1994. On April 10, 2001, he took on the role of Head of the Legal Subsection of Customs and Excise, Legal and Public Relations Bureau, General Secretariat. Supriadinata Marza

Operations & HSSE Director

Rio, a familiar name for this gentleman, brings extensive experience in both upstream and downstream geothermal areas, such as Kamojang. Born in Jakarta on December 18, 1968, he holds a Bachelor's degree in International Law from the University of Indonesia (1993) and pursued postgraduate studies in LLM Common Law at American University, completing the degree in 2000.
His career journey began at the Ministry of Finance on March 1, 1994. On April 10, 2001, he assumed the role of Head of the Legal Subsection of Customs and Excise, Legal and Public Relations Bureau, General Secretariat. Later, on December 18, 2006, he was appointed as the Head of Sub-Directorate of Separated State Assets III, Directorate General of State Assets. On September 8, 2013, he took on the position of Evaluator for State Asset Optimization, Directorate General of State Assets. Finally, on February 18, 2016, he was appointed as the Head of the Legal Aid Bureau, General Secretariat.

Ilen Kardani

Ilen Kardani is a graduate of the Bandung Institute of Technology (ITB) in 1994, specializing in Petroleum Engineering. His entire career has been devoted to the energy sector, both domestically and internationally. He began his career at Schlumberger D&M (formerly Anadrill) with a short assignment as an MWD Engineer.

His expertise lies primarily in Directional Drilling Services, where he spent 10 years in the field before being transferred to the position of DD Coordinator, FSM (DD/MWD/LWD), Operations Leader DD, and Business Development. Ilen Kardani has been extensively involved in drilling operations, ranging from offshore and onshore drilling to swamp, geothermal, casing drilling, multilateral drilling, HPHT, Deepwater, and coiled tubing drilling.

His international assignments include Kuala Lumpur in 2001 to support Petronas operations, followed by assignments in Peninsular Malaysia, Sarawak, and Sabah. Before assuming the role of Director of Development and Exploration, Ilen was entrusted with the position of General Manager of the Patuha Unit.
